This is commonly known as the Taxi Bug. So, there are a few scripts that should help eliminating this problem.-Real Traffic Spawn-Taxi Bug fix-etc. Actually these scripts do 'kinda' work, but here comes another problem. As you can see in my specs, I got a gtx460 with 1gb memory.
